2024: A Year in Review

As we look forward to 2025, we are grateful for all the people who have made Full Media what it is today. As an organization, we strive to have a positive impact on the people we come in contact with, including our team members and their families, our clients and partners, and the communities we serve. And while we hope we have positively impacted those around us, we know those around us have positively impacted us.
First, we are thankful for our team members and their families, both current and former. We strongly believe our first objective as a company is to support our team members, knowing that if we attract and retain high quality people, they will take care of our clients. As such, we strive to attract people who embody our Core Values – (1) Selfless in Relationships, (2) Innovative Problem Solvers, (3) Low Maintenance, (4) Growth Oriented, and (5) Disciplined - and then we give them the resources and autonomy to serve our clients well.
Our team has continued to grow its collective skills and the value we offer our clients. Three new team members joined Full Media in 2024, and they have quickly integrated themselves into the company. We continue to grow our healthcare marketing expertise, further solidifying our reputation as a leading healthcare digital marketing company. We spend a lot of time, energy and money ensuring that our team members remain experts in HIPAA-compliant marketing, and our clients recognize that our expertise enables them to stay ahead of the curve on changes taking place in healthcare, marketing and technology. We have become a go-to source for healthcare marketing expertise for trade associations and trade publications around the country, and we continue to provide this expertise through industry conferences and publications. And as we look forward to 2025, we are excited to roll out several new healthcare marketing services we believe will help our clients better market their practices.
We are also thankful for the clients who have given us the opportunity to work with them over the years. Over the last eight years, we have chosen to focus on healthcare marketing, and we are blessed to work with healthcare organizations of all sizes across the country. Many of these clients are large and mid-sized hospitals and physician groups, and we are proud to help them provide great care to their patients. But we also work with many smaller healthcare organizations, including small physician groups, individual practitioners and healthcare support providers, and it is rewarding to partner with these people who have such an impact on their communities. And we would be remiss if we did not mention the many non-healthcare clients we continue to work with, some of which we have been serving for most of our company’s almost 17-year history!
2024 was definitely a great year, and we are excited for an even better year in 2025! Thanks to all of you who make it possible!
