Full Media to Participate in Google Business Workshops

During the months of May and June, Google and the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center will host two interactive workshops to help local business professionals understand how they can grow their organizations by using Google tools. A Google-certified small business trainer will be present at both workshops to discuss how Google enables businesses to reach more customers, understand what customers are searching for and operate themselves more efficiently.

Full Media’s Lauren Pickens will serve as a pay-per-click expert at both of these workshops and will be available to answer questions relating to the strategy and effectiveness of pay-per-click campaigns.

The first workshop is scheduled for May 20, from 9 a.m. – noon at the Gainesville Small Business Development Center. The second will be hosted on June 22, from 5 – 8 p.m. at the Gwinnett Small Business Development Center.

Participants will also learn how to claim their business on Google maps, create a Google Place page, target audiences by using Google Adwords, increase ad performance by using the right key words, write compelling ads and use Google Analytics to track online traffic and optimize their website.
