About the Position

The position of Internet Marketing Analyst is focused on managing client accounts and driving results. Our Analysts manage several client accounts at a time guiding strategies in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Advertising (SEM) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). This position reports to an Internet Marketing Team Leader and works closely with a team of other Analysts. This role is all about formulating goal-driven strategies, analyzing data and achieving results for our clients.

As the backbone of the Internet marketing team, we empower Analysts to take ownership of our department through innovation to improve our service offerings and collaborative decision-making. Analysts understand not only how their day-to-day client management impacts the bigger picture, they also contribute directly to internal initiatives that are essential to the success and growth of the company.


  • Manage several client Internet Marketing accounts day-to-day while building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Create online marketing strategies focused on identifying and achieving the client’s business goals
  • Continually monitor performance, analyze data and adjust strategy when needed
  • Measure success of strategies and report on KPIs to client
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends



Candidates should be highly motivated and organized with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and will ideally possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in related field (PR, Marketing) or equivalent business experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with online marketing and SEO. Paid advertising experience is a plus but not required
  • Understanding of Google Analytics for reporting, data analysis and strategy development
  • Basic technical skills. HTML, various Content Management Systems
  • Excellent writing / editing skills. Lots of writing is involved, some creative and some technical
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all types of people, both internally and externally
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to identify problems and proactively work to solve them
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with an understanding of overall objectives. Our Internet Marketing Analysts are empowered to manage all aspects of a client's campaign
  • This job requires demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude. We value growth and innovative mindsets
  • This job requires occasional travel. We require Analysts to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
